Rereading the Written

I'm not going to lie to you. After I write a book and it's been sent off for the  final edits and approval, I kinda. . .well I do forget about it until it comes out. That can be two years from then.

I know my characters and the  basic plot, but I forget about the little details. The little details like the ghost cat at the end of A Ghostly Mortality. When I get a ton of emails about how excited they are about the cat, I have to admit that I wonder what cat?

Ah, oh! I better re-read what I wrote and what was published. . .

So I'm rereading A Ghostly Mortality because it's time to start writing that seventh book if I'm going to get it turned in on time!

    I am reading two, one on kindle which I read in bed and one is an actual book. The book is Edited Out by E.J. Copperman, I won it to do a review on, I will be starting that today and on the kindle I am reading Kathi Daley's new one Treasure in Paradise. Next up will be Joanne Fluke's so I can catch up before the book club, LOL.

    I read and reread books all the time and keep a journal of books I read and a small synopsis so I can remember what the story was. I do this because I might see a book and think have I read that and I can go look.

    I'm reading 2 books right now. I have an advanced copy of Daryl Wood Gerber's Day of Secrets and listening to Serafina and the Black Cloak on audio book when working around the house.

    I love ya audio books, they make mindless chores fly by.

    I'm listening to The Girl You Lost by Kathryn Croft, (not suitable for everyone trust me). I'm reading Halloween Hijinks by Kathi Daley which I should finish sometime tonight. Then we will start A Ghostly Reunion. Zoey found out there about this one and was upset we didn't start it yet. Haha. Frances Hampton G.
