As most of you know. . .today is my birthday!! I actually love my birthday and celebrate an entire week! This year is a little different; we moved into a new house so I got a lot of NEW stuff that I consider a birthday present.
I'm also hosting a giveaway on my STREET TEAM, which you have to be on Facebook to join. Click here to the STREET TEAM page. I'm giving away the first two novels in Heather Webber Blake's Witch Crafter Mystery Series. The third one will be out in April! AND they are signed by my good friend, Heather!
AND. . .
This birthday week is the THIRD release of A Magical Cure Series novel, A CHARMING WISH, on March 14th!
In honor of the release, A CHARMING CRIME, the first in the series is .99 this week! I'm so happy to say that A CHARMING CRIME made it to #12 on Amazon's Movers and Shaker's list! WOW! WOW! WOW! That in itself was a great birthday present.
But I have to show you what my guys did for my birthday. . .
They created a bathroom for ME! It has a cool waterfall shower and marble sink! PLUS, I love Hunter Rain Boots and RED. A gal in a houseful of guys needs her own bathroom!! Needless to say, I'm a super happy gal this birthday WEEK!!
Today I'm going to be giving away an pdf ARC of A CHARMING WISH to one lucky comment! Tell me what your favorite birthday gift you have ever gotten! I will post the winner under tomorrow's post. YOU have one week to claim your prize.
Please go back through last week's posts to see who won the giveaways from last week!!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!!

Tonya it's not what I've gtten it's what my birthday became to my fathers family. You see I was the last grandchild and a girl plus I was born on my grandfathers birthday so even after my grandfather passed away when I was 7 their was always an extra birthday party for me. I like to say that it was really in memory of my grandfather I was just the excuse. So when I had Noelle 3 weeks before I turned 30 we Christened Noelle in remembrance of my grandfather on January 14 our shared birthday which fell on a sunday that year
ReplyDeleteAww. . .what a great story!
DeleteHappy Birthday Tonya!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite birthday present I have ever received was a pearl and diamond necklace from my hubby!
Ohhhhhh, I bet that is beautiful!
DeleteThe very best birthday gift I ever got was my diamond heart earrings my boyfriend gave me this past year. They are SO sparkly! :)
ReplyDeleteAw! I love sparkle!
DeleteHappy Happy Birthday Tonya!!!! I love the new bathroom, a little bit jealous;)!! The boots are great and it's a wonderful picture of you and your guys! The present that pops in my head first, was my 3 year old picked out a Duke sweatshirt for me, I was told he did all my himself! My husband & son took it to my mother-in-laws where she helped him wrap it! He was so excited when he gave it to me, wanted me to wear right then! It made my day:-)

Thanks so much! My real present is to have them around me all day :) We went to our favorite Mexican Restaurant in downtown Cincinnati and Gigi Cupcakes! YUm!!!! DUKE????????????? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
DeleteI was in school at University of Kentucky when stinky Launter hit that shot! Oh well. . .I'm so glad you loved it ;)
My best present was a photograph of my favourite author(decesased) at her typewriter. I cherish that!
ReplyDeleteThat is a great present!
DeleteHappy Birthday!!! I hope you an amazing day and week to come!! I really love those boots and now I want a pair also!!! I love the Street Team page!! It is filled with such wonderful people and I'm glad to be a part of it. You're such an inspiration! I enjoy seeing your posts everyday! You are like a breath of fresh air and never fail to make me smile! Keep up the awesome work that you do! :)
ReplyDeleteI love those boots too! Rain or not, I'm wearing them with everything! I'm so glad you love our little gang on the street team. It is a lot of fun and brightens my day too! I love being there with like-minded people and you are definitely a big part of it!
DeleteFirst off I want to wish you a very Happy Birthday, you are a woman after my own heart and loves birthdays!! I celebrate for the Month though so watch out May will be here before you know it!!! I have to say my favorite gift so far was a family effort a few years ago, I had wanted a Kindle and couldn't afford it, so my husband, kids and siblings got together and bought me one!! I have a few crazy pictures of me opening it and realizing what it was!! I had NO idea at all!! I Love my family they are just so wonderful to me in every way!
ReplyDeleteYES! Kindles are a great present. I'm so glad you got one! Birthdays are great :)
DeleteMy favorite gift was a birthday party that my mom threw for me when I was about 10 years old. It was the only big party I had as a young girl (I had another at 16), with a dozen of us all in party dresses. I remember the party hats and I remember being at the dining room table! It must have been 1968. Thank you, mom!
ReplyDeleteThat is so cute. I can see you now in your party dress. Such a great memory!
DeleteHappy Birthday Tonya. The best birthday gift I got was actually the card my mom gave me on my 21st birthday, telling me how much she and my father loved me, and how proud they were of me. Our family was not outwardly demonstrative with affection, but found other ways to show how much we loved each other. My mom has been gone 20 years now, but I still treasure the card she gave me, and I bring it out and read it from time to time.
ReplyDeleteLynda that is a great gift. My mom is still alive, but I keep a note she wrote tucked in my wallet. Everyday she wrote me a simple smiley face or heart on a scrap piece of paper and put it in my lunch. When my guys were younger, I did the same for them. Those are so special.
DeleteHappy Birthday Tonya! It's my Birthday today too! What a great day to be born! My sisters sent me a Beautiful bouquet of spring flowers and an entire Rolo Cake from my favorite restaurant along with a gift certificate from there! It's the Perfect gift for me because I live alone and rarely cook. So, for me at the ripe ol' age of 54, these are the perfect gifts! I hope all of your Dreams come true as well! Yippee to Birthdays! <3
ReplyDeleteHappy birthday!!!!! Rolo cakes are awesome! I hope you got one today!
DeleteTonya I don 't really have a favorite birthday present. I celebrate every birthday as a gift for a friend who left this earth too soon. My favorite gift would be anything my Stephen gave me. All days are special, birthdays just help us remember that!
ReplyDeleteSarsh, that is a very touching memory and friend you had. Yes. . .cherish those gifts :)
DeleteMy daughter. I had her the day before my birthday, but got to take her home the next day, which was my birthday!
ReplyDeleteNow that is a GREAT gift!
DeleteSomehow, I totally forgot to mention what my favorite birthday gift was in my earlier comment. I would have to say that my favorite gift (or gifts, I should say) would be anything that my boys give me and my kindle.
ReplyDeleteI agree 100% Saralyn!
DeleteMy favorite birthday gift was my Snow White and Seven Dwarfs yard set. I collect anything with the Seven Dwarfs and I just love this set. I of course didn't put them in the yard because I didn't want to mess them up, so they are in my living room so I can look at them everyday.
ReplyDeleteAND if you would've put them in the yard, someone might take them! I would keep them in too :)
DeleteMy father gave me a quilt for my birthday. 3 months later he lost his battle with cancer. Nine years later it is by far my most treasured gift.
ReplyDeleteMy mother-in-law made each one of my guys quilts for Christmas this year and they love them. I told them to make sure they cherish them because they were made with very loving hands. Your story is very heart warming!
DeleteMy favorite birthday gift was something I won on the radio...Rod Stewart tickets and the concert was on my 21st birthday! We went to Caddy's first then walked to the concert...then back to Caddy's!!! Rod Stewart was so good! It was an amazing birthday! I miss Caddy's...did you ever go there?
ReplyDeleteOMG! I loved seeing Rod in concert!! YES!! I went to Caddy's several times. Those were the good ole days with the Spaghetti Factory too :)
